Established in 1983, the Economic Development Council of Livingston County (EDCLC) has been promoting investment and growth in Livingston County for over 35 years.
In 2012, the EDCLC contracted Ann Arbor SPARK to provide economic development services. In partnership with the EDCLC, the expert staff from Ann Arbor SPARK are committed to creating economic prosperity here in Livingston County.
